The Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts (PAFA) has revealed conceptual designs for the development of Lenfest Plaza (Cherry Street and Broad), which were approved at a recent Board of Trustees meeting. Landscape architecture firm Olin is behind the design of the plaza and pedestrian walk, which will boast artwork from a “renowned sculptor,” as and rotating installations from emerging and established artists. The public plaza will be open 24/7 and will also include an upscale restaurant.
